Getting stress all day? There are many reasons why stress is inevitable sometimes it comes from work or jobs, friends, relatives, relationships and special mention MONEY!.

Don't worry even though stress can make you look more older there are some ways to prevent for getting stress and one of them are foods. If you eat too much food is bad but if you eat for some reason, most of the time it is good.  Here are my top 10 foods for stress relief
