Control You Anger

Looking for something that can control your anger? Well there's a way but it's up to you how to use it.Being angry is not bad, But if your angry most of the time? I think there is something wrong of controlling your emotions.


Here are some tips to get rid of your anger.


  • Close your eyes and take a deep breath
  • Listen to a happy song or relaxing music
  • Go get something to eat
  • Find someone to talk to.
  • Go somewhere you can shout that no one can hear you.
  • Have a pets
  • Use stress ball
  • Go to sleep
  • Meditate
  • Take a walk and breath a fresh air
  • Think of happy thoughts
  • Laugh without reason
