Two former NABCOR officials, Rhodora Mendoza, then vice president for finance of the agency, and Vic Cacal, head of general services, said that a check for P245,535 was issued to Erwin Tulfo on March 2009 while Melo del Prado was issued three checks separately, on April 27, May 14, July 6, totaling P245,535.
As an individual, I like Erwin Tulfo giving reports to people when he was broadcasting in ABS-CBN but when he transferred to TV5 broadcasting with his brothers, I'm kind of pissed off how they interview people. They don't let the interviewee finished what they're trying to say. They are one-sided broadcaster. They always yell to their interviewee. That's not professional enough, for my opinion.
