In January 28 1986, The Space Shuttle Challenger launched to perform their mission. It was recorded during its event and many people saw what happen. According to the investigation the O-ring seal in its right solid rocket booster (SRB) failed at liftoff. After a few minutes the space shuttle suddenly incinerate and seven of crew members meet their end.
The second event February 1, 2003 Columbia Space Shuttle Disaster . Rumor has reached many people, They said that Columbia Space Shuttle has been attacked by Alien and here's a little footage.
