The robot is made by Knightscope security robot and named it " Marvin ". The purpose of android robot ' Marvin ' is to patrol and alert the authorities if it detects prohibited activity.
Knightscope didn't explain how the robot got drowned.
"This is an isolated event. The incident is under investigation. No people were harmed or involved in any way.
A new robot will be delivered this week at no cost to the Harbour per our service agreement," The company said via email.
