Every parent has their own ‘magic’ method to stop a baby crying, from patting the wailing creature on the back to going for a drive.
But motivational speaker Daniel Eisenman came up with a method so startlingly effective that the video has been watched 25 million times in just a week.
The San Diego native – and new Dad – emits a long, ‘Om’ sound, the sort used in Buddhist chants.
Slowly, her face relaxes, and then she falls sound asleep.
Eisenman credits his success with the fact that the baby had heard ‘Om’ noises regularly – including playing chants by Buddhist monks while she was still in the womb.
