First, lawmakers made a bill that makes Piolo Pascual a "National Heartthrob". Second, lawmakers made a bill that prohibited Koreanovelas to air at 6pm to 10pm. And now, lawmakers made a bill that requires foreign acts to pay a so-called Reciprocal Equity Fee before they could hold shows in the Philippines.
Why don't they just focus on what the country really need? Focus on our country's issues. Don't take personal cases and make it a law...
