The House Bill 3839 stated that "foreign soap operas should not be aired from 6 p.m. everyday and those periods should be dedicated to Philippine-produced soap operas or programs instead".
How come Koreanovelas eat the primetime schedule of television companies? Television companies give a time slot for Koreanovelas because they don't have a enough show to complete the day or the shows are not yet ready to be aired. People in the senate do anything just to say they filed a bill... but totally nonsense.
