Some people said that eggs have high cholesterol and it can give you a high risk of having a heart attack. Well i'm not agreed with that so i research the benefits of my favorite food and here's what i found out.

4.Egg may help prevent blood clots, stroke and heart attacks.

5 They are good source or choline. Choline is an important nutrient thatt helps regulate the brain, nervous system and cardiovascular system.

6. One egg contains just 5 grams of fat and only 1.5 grams of that is saturated fat.

7. Improve a person's lipid profile.

8. Contains naturally occuring vitamin D.

9. Prevent breast cancer by 44%.

10. Egg promote healthy hair and nails.
