In Cabañero's affidavit, she was taken by Vhong Navarro in Astoria Plaza and was raped in a remote area. But the said hotel denies that she wasn't accommodated on the day she claimed that she was raped.
Cabañero's attorney said that they have a witness about what happened between the two that time, but that witness only can verify that she was picked up by Vhong Navarro and nothing she can say about the alleged rape if it was true.
So much for inconsistencies. The case is not asking for justice but to pull down a man of innocence.
