A Man With Narcolepsy Causes Accident

Narcolepsy is a neurological sleep disorder. It is not caused by mental illness or psychological problems. It is most likely affected by a number of genetic mutations and abnormalities that affect specific biologic factors in the brain, combined with an environmental trigger during the brain's development, such as a virus.

87-year old business man, Benito Ong Yu, with narcolepsy falls asleep while driving and causes an accident somewhere in Manila. The PSG member, Eli Valle, who was hit by Ong thought that he was drunk. But when Ong woke up and realizes what happened, he apologizes to Valle and presented papers that presumably certified him as a narcoleptic Valle decided not to file a case against him but instead the police and Valle warned Yu not to drive alone again.
