The Poor Posture

Do you feel pain ? Is your posture correct? Back pain, neck pain or whatsoever... Do you know bad posture can lead you to death? :)) Here are the effects of bad posture:

1. Misalignment - " Improper posture disrupts the alignment of your spine by either over emphasizing one or more of the spinal curves, or by causing horizontal curvature to the spinal column"

2. Joined stress - combination of stress.

3. Growth issues - It compresses your bones and muscle that can reduced your stature or causing a loss in height.

4. Osteoarthritis - " Osteoarthritis is the result of the severe degradation of the connective tissue between joints that protects the bones from rubbing together and causing pain. "

5. Hunchback - You can't run fast like "hunchback of notre dame".It also causes the chest muscles to tighten leading to an excessively curved back in the upper back or thoracic region.It will makes you weak.

6. Rounded Shoulder - It weaken and loosen your upper back muscles,Causing your shoulder to rotate forward And you will become a member of transformers.

7. Anterior pelvic tilt - It makes you some kind of a bird ( DUCK ).Muscles of the buttock become weak.

8. Forward head - Tighten your muscles at the back of your neck that can lead to become a giraffe.
