From January 27 to 31, the 39 grand finalists of That's My Tomboy were introduced and each delivered a speech. It's Showtime also showed the journey of the grand finalists—their struggles and triumphs.
The 39 That's My Tomboy grand finalists returned for the finale. Among them, only 10 contestants advanced to the next round wherein they showcased their talents.
Yael Basilia won T-BOOM FRIENDSHIP AWARD, Nicky Escalderon for TRENDING T-BOOM AWARD, Kim Andaya for T-BOOM TALUMPATI AWARD and BEST IN T-BOOM SMILE, Epey Herher for BEST IN T-BOOM STYLE, and Kim Orencio for BEST IN T-BOOM TALENT who received a plaque and P20,000.

After showcasing their talents, judges chose their Top 5 to be part of Q&A portion and leaving them a question of "What is the meaning of success?"
The Top 5 finalists were:

Grand Finalist No.10 - Epey Herher
Grand Finalist No.39 - Phao Faraon
Grand Finalist No.1 - Kim Andaya
Awarded by Daniel Matsunaga and Jhong Hilario, the runners up were Phao Faraon and Kim Andaya who received a plaque and P50,000.
2nd runner up is Sky Teotico who awarded by Charice Pempengco and received a plaque and P100,000.
1st runner
up is Kim Orencio who awarded by Iza Calzado and received a plaque and P200,000.
And the FIRST GRAND WINNER OF THAT'S MY TOMBOY is Epey Herher who awarded by Ai-Ai Delas Alas and received a plaque and P300,000.
